WHEREAS, <br /> Michael Kesselhon is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Burke , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 11; thence S 89° 03 ' 16" West, <br /> 275.0 feet along the South line of Section 11 to the point of beginning; <br /> thecne continue along the South .line of Section 11, 238.0 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 45 ' 16" East, 160.0 feet; thence S 89° 03' 16" West, 158.0 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 45 ' 16" West, 160.0 feet to the South line of Section 11; thence S 89° 03 ° 16" <br /> West, 219.0 feet; along the South line of Section 11; thence N 00° 45' 16" <br /> East, 400.0 feet; thence N 89° 03 ' 16" East 615.0 feet; thence S 00° 56' 44" <br /> East 400.0 to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter, subject to <br /> termination as provided in paragraph 3 following. <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> a) .
