Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4062: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the centerline of CTH KP, said point also being <br /> 2030.62 feet North of and 847.11 feet Wst of the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 9; thence N 33° 37' 25" West, 300.00 feet along the centerline of CTH <br /> KP; thence S 89° 36' 21" East, 474.09 feet; thence S 00° 23' 39" West, 248.66 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 36' 21" West, 306.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
