County Zoning Committee <br /> Enclosed is a copy of our letter to the Town of Springfield <br /> Board and Planning Committee regarding the Zoning and <br /> preliminary Plat by William Dallman , agent for Michael Wy:gaard; <br /> Section 31 , West 1 /2 SE, Town of Springfield. <br /> At a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 15, the Board approved <br /> the rezoning request on condition of approval of the preliminary <br /> plat. The public hearing for approval of the plat is scheduled <br /> for October 6. All of the property owners on Pine Cone Circle, <br /> with the exc.eption of Mr. Wyngaard , are opposed to the proposed <br /> plat of 40-acres which is adjacent to the Wyngaard 's property on <br /> Pine Cone Circle because it calls for the extension of Pine Cone <br /> Circle into the new plat. We are not opposed to the rezoning and <br /> plat if Pine Cone Circle is not extended into the plat. <br /> The enclosed letter outlines other options for accessing the new <br /> 40-acre plat.
