I <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4063 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4063: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Springfield desribed as <br /> follows: The SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Springfield. Lot #1, CSM <br /> 1416 - Volume 6, Page 91 of Certified Survey Maps and also, Lot #l, CSM 1417 - <br /> Volume 6, Page 92 of Certified Survey Maps. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or ownrs of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> a) . Lot #1, CSM 1416 and Lot 41, CSM 1417 - may not be subdivided. <br /> EFFECTIVE: NOV 2 3 1987 <br />
