Agriculture/A-3 Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes/C-1 Commercial District. <br /> Pet. #4066: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 & N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Verona <br /> described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Outlot <br /> #10, 5th Addition to East View Heights; thence S 00° 06' 42" West 220 feet; <br /> thence West 130 feet; thence S 00° 06' 42" West 160 feet; thence East 130 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 06' 42" West 90 feet more or less to centerline of Whalen <br /> Road; thence S 70° West 612 feet more or less; thence N 01° 51' 18" West <br /> 638.07 feet; htence N 88° 56' 47" East 226 feet; thence N 12° 06' 17" East 49 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 42' 43" East 358 feet to the point of beginning.
