Stillwell appeared before Board with <br /> pictures of improvements made to road, seems to feel that he <br /> will go ahead and blacktop, and received a copy of Town' s <br /> sample road contract which he will submit to his/Town ' s <br /> attorneys and indicated a willingness to put up a bond, also <br /> said his surveyor is going to submit a final draft <br /> indicating roadway dedicated to public . <br /> CSM 3955 and ZP 4066 VandeGrift Approved no conditions <br /> Prelim.
