Fountain hereby makes an application for a zoning change from A1(EX.) agricultural to C-2 commercial for the following parcel of property: Tax parcel number 29-18-423.2 Legal Description: Part of the Northeast of the Northwest of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 11 East, Town of Sun Prairie, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the North k corner of said Section 18; thence West along the North line of said Section 1322.15 feet; thence South 1 01° West, 745.2 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 1 01° West, 600 feet to the point which is 85.3 feet North of 1 01° East from the Northwest right of way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; thence North 51 41° East on a line which is parallel to and 66 feet Northwesterly from said Northwest right of way line of railroad 946.95 feet; thence North 88 59° West, 466.6 feet, thence South 1 01° West, 164 feet, thence North 88 59° West, 266 feet to point of beginning. With the zoning change, however, the owner plans occasional sales now and perhaps more in the future.
