<br /> DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the S.E. corner of Section 26, aforesaid; thence
<br /> South 87° 17 ' 12" West along the South line of said Section, 2649.30 feet; thence North '
<br /> l°49'23" West 1100. 15 feet to the place of beginning for the land to be herein described;
<br /> thence continuing North 1°49' 23" West 391 .54 feet to the curving South line of -the former
<br /> Chicago and Northwestern Railroad (now Department of Natural Resources land) ; thence
<br /> Easterly along a curve convexed Southerly 393.37 feet , having a radius of 4347.18 feet,
<br /> the chord being North 85.°28'45.5" East, 393.24 feet to the curving centerline of Prairie
<br /> Drive; thence Southerly along a curve convexed Westerly 121 .52' feet, having a radius of
<br /> 2379.82 feet, the chord being South 12° 12' 58" East 121.50 feet to a point of compound
<br /> curve; thence Southeasterly along a curve convexed Southwesterly 206.41 feet, having a
<br /> radius of 365.00 feet, the chord being South 29°52 '46" East 203.67 feet to a point of
<br /> tangency; thence South 46°04 '48" East 159.29 feet; thence South 88°28'47" West 621 .69
<br /> feet to the place of beginning. Containing 4.319 acres. Subject to a public right-of-
<br /> way over the East 33.00 feet thereof.
<br /> That I have made such survey and map by the direction of Daniel A. Breunig, Judith A.
<br /> Breunig and Mildred Gulseth, Owners of said land, and that I have complied fully with
<br /> the provisions of Section 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes in surveying and mapping the
