NAME OF OWNERS <br /> Chester E. Bible and Betty Bible <br /> III . TAX PARCEL NUMBER <br /> The tax parcel numbers of the parcels involved are as <br /> follows: Parcel No. 16-01-2441, 16-01-2441.1, and 16-01-2442 <br /> IV. PROPOSED USE OF THE PROPERTY <br /> The property for which Chester E. and Betty Bible are <br /> petitioning the county for rezoning from C-1 Commercial to C-2 <br /> Commercial will be used for commercial purposes as a new <br /> automobile dealership, including customary areas for customer <br /> parking, display of new and used vehicles, automobile repair <br /> facilities, parts storage, and rental and leasing of vehicles. <br /> The property will be sold by Chester E. and Betty Bible, <br /> contingent upon rezoning, to Kenneth R. Kimport and Patrick J. <br /> Baxter or an entity owned by them, for the operation of such <br /> new automobile dealership. The autombile dealership will be a <br /> high quality facility and will not conflict with the use of any <br /> nearby property. <br /> V. TIME SCHEDULE FOR DEVELOPMENT <br /> It is anticipated that the new owners will commence <br /> development of the property immediately upon the closing of the <br /> purchase.
