<br /> This petition is in regard to the rezoning of the NE & SE
<br /> quadrants along and east of County Highway JG South and North of the
<br /> township road known as MALONE ROAD , Section 25 , NE , of the Town of
<br /> Bluemounds, County of Dane , State of Wisconsin , from A-1 EX.
<br /> Agricultural District to the R-1A Residential District . This means
<br /> that the proposed plat would be zoned to 2 Acre Lots. The land in
<br /> question is NOT CONDUSIYE FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION BECAUSE ; it
<br /> should be preserved as agricultural land, it has slopes too great for
<br /> construction , IT GOES AGAINST THE LAND USE PLANS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
<br /> BLUEMOUNDS AND OF DANE COUNTY, the plat proposal would not allow for
<br /> regular septic system=_.(underlaying rock and clay soils are very
<br /> questionable for perk tests to pass DNR regulations) . The Town Board
<br /> of the Township of Blue Mounds has gone on record of OPPOSING the
<br /> granting of the rezoning request . THE FOLLOWING SIGNEES ARE AGAINST
<br /> THE GRANTING OF THIS PLAT REZONING BY DANE COUNTY .
