This means <br /> that the proposed plat would be zoned to 2 Acre Lots. The land in <br /> question is NOT CONDUSIYE FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION BECAUSE ; it <br /> should be preserved as agricultural land , it has slopes too great for <br /> construction , IT GOES AGAINST THE LAND USE PLANS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF <br /> BLUEMOUNDS AND OF DANE COUNTY , the plat proposal would not allow for <br /> regular septic systems(under•l aYi ng rock and clay soils are very <br /> questionable for perk tests to pass DNR regulations) . The Town Board <br /> of the Township of Blue Mounds has gone on record of OPPOSING the <br /> granting of the rezoning request .
