The land in <br /> question is NOT CONDUSIYE FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTI ON BECAUSE; it <br /> should be preserved as agricultural land, it has slopes too great for <br /> construction , IT GOES AGAINST THE LAND USE PLANS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF <br /> BLUEMOUNDS AND OF DANE COUNTY, the plat proposal would not allow for <br /> regular septic systems<under•laying rock and clay soils are very <br /> questionable for perk tests to pass DNR regulations) .
