Biesanz and Helen Schubert from <br /> RH-1 to B-1. A legal description of the portion in question is <br /> attached. A check in the amount of $75.00 and a diagram <br /> illustrating the area proposed for rezoning are also attached. <br /> The proposed use of the property to be rezoned is for on premises <br /> parking for a restaurant. The time schedule for development is <br /> to start construction in October 1987. <br /> Land uses within 300 feet of the property include: a furniture <br /> store and a state office building to the west; a service station, <br /> tire store, liquor store and tavern to the north; a car wash and <br /> church with parsonage to the east; and State D.O.T. right of way <br /> to the south.
