This seems appropriate <br /> as it is in compliance with existing land use. However, <br /> in presenting a Conditional Use Permit to this rezoned <br /> property, possible conditions to be attached to this permit <br /> should be carefully reviewed taking into consideration <br /> the location of this recreational property among an other- <br /> wise residential neighborhood. <br /> Baxter Road is a Town Road of average width with narrow <br /> shoulders. Parking on the side of the road in front of <br /> the subject property creates a dangerous traffic hazard. <br /> It should be the duty of the owner to provide sufficient <br /> off-street parking for everyone using the facilities. <br /> There should be no exceptions. <br /> We believe that conditions governing types of activities <br /> and lighting should be carefully regulated. Reasonable <br /> hours for ending the activities and turning off high in- <br /> tensity lights should be set. <br /> A meeting of the zoning committee for consideration of a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for Gillespie' s Place is being <br /> held on February 23, 1988 at 7: 30 P.M.
