Nine Mound Road • Verona, WI 53593 . 845-7187 <br /> October 7 , 1987 <br /> Norb Scribner <br /> Land Regulatio and Records <br /> 210 Martin her King Drive <br /> 2-Iacison,,,MWisconsin 53593 ` <br /> Dea;i riorb : . <br /> The following action was taken at the regular Town of Verona <br /> board meeting October 6 , 1987 : <br /> SHADY BEND: <br /> Bitzer moved, seconded by Skolaski , to recommend that Zoning <br /> Petition #4092 (Sarko for Craine) he approved contingent on the <br /> following conditions : <br /> (1) that the 6 . 8 acre parcel on the S side of CTH M be rezoned <br /> to RH-1 , allowing a two-lot land division; and <br /> (2) that the 10 acre parcel on the N side of Shady Bend Rd. be <br /> rezoned to RH-2 , allowing a two-lot land division. Motion <br /> carried . <br /> Bitzer moved, seconded by Tollefson, to recommend approval of the <br /> Shady Bend Preliminary Plat contingent upon a satisfactory <br /> provision being made with the Town of Verona for reimbursement <br /> for any damages to Shady Bend Road that occur during the <br /> construction of residences in the plat . Motion carried. <br /> HAMILTON FARM MEADOWS : <br /> Bitzer moved, seconded by Aebly, to recommend approval of Zoning <br /> Petition #4084 to rezone the higher elevations in the plat to the <br /> RH-2 district , excepting Lot 9 which should be RH-i because of <br /> its size , and to rezone the Sugar River and floodplain areas to <br /> CO-1 conservancy district . <br /> Bitzer moved, seconded by Skolaski , to recommend approval of the <br /> Hamilton Farm Meadows Preliminary Plat portion in the Town of <br /> Verona . <br /> DEGENHARDT: <br /> Bitzer moved, seconded by Tollefson , that the Board recommend <br /> approval of Zoning Petition #4081 contingent on the following <br /> conditions being met : <br /> (1) Storage of construction equipment under Sec . 10 . 141 (1) (b) <br /> I <br />
