Pet. #4142: Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Springfield described as follows: TO RH-1: Being part of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #5093 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1 CSM 5093; thence N 01° 27 ' 27" West, 333.00 feet; thence N 86° 53.' 52" East, 392 feet; thence S 01° 27' 27" East, 333.00 feet; htence S 86° 53' 58" West 392 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Being part of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #5093 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S 86° 53' 58" West, 861.37 feet; thence N 01° 27' 27" West, 333.00 feet; thence N 86° 53' 52" East, 857.71 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S 02° 04 ' 35" East, 333.00 feet of the point of beginning.
