Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Pet. #4143: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map #1358 rcorded in <br /> Volume 5, Page 324 of Certified Surveys and the point of beginning; thence <br /> West 800 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence East 400 feet; thence North 300 <br /> feet; thence East 500 feet more or less to the centerline of Hawkinson Road; <br /> thence Northwesterly 150 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
