Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4145: Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 13 , thence N 89° 54 ' 03" East, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 13, 581. 11 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 00 ' 00" East, 1323.57 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, of Certified Survey Map #2444, thence N 89° 53' 12" East, along the South line of said Certified Survey Map #2444 , 460.08 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2793, thence S 03° 00' 32" East, along the West line of said Certified Survey Map #2793 , 826.32 feet; thecne continuing along said West line, S 00° 00' 03" West, 498.43 feet to the Southwest corner of said Certified Survey Map #2793 and the East-West quarter line of said Section 13; thence S 89° 54' 03" West, along said East-West quarter line, 503.44 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
