Accesses to both <br /> properties will originate from the cul-de- <br /> sac. Total cul-de-sac frontage on Lot 4 <br /> is 112 .61 ' . The subdivided half marked A <br /> will include a driveway to the cul-de-sac. <br /> I intend to build a home and possible a horse <br /> barn on the half marked A, and the other <br /> half will be resold. Gary Divall , Westport , <br /> is the present owner ; I am the buyer. <br /> The Westport Planning Commission already <br /> expressed preliminary approval with 2 stipu- <br /> lations : that lot 4 of the attached map <br /> will be the only one eligible for subdivi- <br /> sion and the covenant is increased from <br /> 2 . 5 to 5 acres minimum as agreed to by <br /> Mr. Divall . They await your decision for <br /> final approval. <br /> Please schedule this request for the January <br /> 12th public hearing.
