DANE COUNTY Certified Survey #7995, submitted by Scott Edwards, <br /> 27F,5 Cross Country Circle. Proposed two-I of land divi=sion in Cross <br /> Country Estates Plat. Chairman reported receipt of a letter from <br /> Mrs. Linda Edwards stating that the survey will be withdrawn and <br /> requesting that commission table the matter until notification by <br /> the county. Dahl k moved , seconded •by Williamson , to postpone <br /> consideration pending further information from Dane County. Mr. Plummer explained that county <br /> is selling the Home West building and land , which will become a CBRF <br /> for 1=8 persons. The purchasers s expressed their intent to integrate <br /> t ie residents into Verona s nior activities and answered cuestions <br /> about the planned facility. Moved by Williamson , seconded by <br /> Maurer , to recommend approval of Z. P. #4092. Motion Carried. <br /> 3. DANE COUNTY ZONING PETITION #4091 , submitted by R. F. Sarko, agent <br /> Tor Fred Backman , to re,--one a lot located at 67,60 Pheasant Lane, <br /> from R-1 to R-_ to allow creation of three smaller residential lots. <br /> Mr. Backman explained that he plans to add. insulation , siding_, and a <br /> two-car garage to the existing small house , which has been <br /> _ninha'bited since explosion and fire last spring. He also plans to <br /> bring interior of the hmIca up to minimum code requirements for a <br /> =_.f e and sanitary dwelling , but does not plan remodeling to add <br /> living spar-e.
