Bill Fleck <br /> I am writing this letter in response to the zoning petition <br /> #4147 by Richard Rudisill, to change the zoning of the area located <br /> North of 136 Hillside Pd. , Albion from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture, to the <br /> R-1A Residential district. Proposed use : four residence. <br /> y complaints are as follows : <br /> 1. The proposed shaded area to hr rezoned as shown on the map is over <br /> and past the easement. This is ff.y private road, to my property down <br /> by the lake, to which I have a Deed forper:::anent use. The proposed <br /> rezoned area should be only North of the easeent i. e. north of the <br /> road. <br /> 2. The map also does not show any access road from Hillside Hd. to the <br /> "corn field" east of the proposed area. r. '?udisill' s workers are <br /> continuously crossing my road from the south field to the north field, <br /> damaging my road with heavy machinery. They also destroyed the fence <br /> along my road and alons_the west side of my propoery. <br /> There is a "No Trespassing" sign posted. The fence was paid for and <br /> installed by the previous owner of my property. After the proposed <br /> zoning change, there will be no access to the north field from Hill- <br /> side Pd. <br /> I cannot agree to the proposed zoning change until the following <br /> are resolved: <br /> 1. The rezoning should be only north of my private road, and not inclu- <br /> ding the road. <br /> 2. There must be an access road from Hillside Rd. to the field, east <br /> of the proposed rezoned area and north of my road, so that the farmers <br /> with their machinery equipment will not use or cross my road which I <br /> have in permanent use and maintinance. <br /> 3. ,!Hr. Rudisill, Richard must repaire or replace , as necessary, the <br /> damaged fence alongboth sides of my road and along my property on the <br /> west side facing the "corn field" . Signs saying:"No tesspassing -private <br /> property" must be posted every forty feet . on the restored fence facing <br /> the field.
