We are Pane Counties largest pallet recycler. <br /> In recycling pallets we believe we are an asset in keeping our <br /> counties land fill area's free of wood pallets. <br /> Our current;; status is that we need to move into an area that can <br /> accomodate our busiriess, We have tried several times to buy the <br /> land we are now renting from (Keifer Investments) and have been <br /> told it wasn't for sale. The (3) three acres we are on is unlevel <br /> around with a small building which makes our operation very dif- <br /> ficult. <br /> The land we presently have an offer on is located on County trunk <br /> highway T and Felland Rd. This property is a part of section 435, <br /> Town of Burke more particularly described as follows <br /> Tax Parcel No. 07-35-8272, Lot #1 and the westerly 250 of Lot #2, <br /> certified survey map ?:1799, recorded in volume ,#7, pages #207 and <br /> 208, document 1443114, Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> In contacting Vane County Zoning Department, ( Mr. Fleck ), we have <br /> found that we need a C2 zoning. C2 zoning would allow us to put <br /> buildings on 60', of the land. We want our pallet operation com- <br /> pletely under roof. <br /> The land adjoining this property is zoned commercial, and the entrance <br /> drive is zoned commercial. We have a one truck operation, and we <br /> average entering or leaving (3) three times daily. Our normal <br /> working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. daily.
