I SCHROEDER & HOLT
--- Architects, Ltd.
212 West Wisconsin Avenue • Milwaukee,WI 53203 • (414) 271-1521
October 22, 1987
Mr. William J. Fleck
Land Regulation and Records Committee
Dane County Board
210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Madison, WI53703
Re: Eastgate Cinema Addition
Town of Burke
Dane County, Wisconsin
Job No.1842
Dear Mr. Fleck:
As you know, we have submitted an application for a modification to
our conditional use permit for this project. If you or your staff
has any questions concerning this application, I would be happy to
come to Madison and discuss the project with you. The Town of Burke
Board did take action on October 20, 1987 supporting this proposed
modification of the conditional use permit.
We request that the conditional use permit be issued on November 10,
1987, because the Town Board has already issued its approval. It is
our intention to start this project immediately upon approval of the
Board. In anticipation of this approval, are planning to remove the
necessary topsoil for expansion of the off-site parking area and install
the necessary fill so that when construction commences, the spoil
material from the excavation will complete the site fill to enable
us to install our asphalt pavement yet this fall.
It is my understanding that no permits are required for this type of
earth work operation. I would like to thank you for your cooperation
in expediting this project.
Sincerely,
iL6----
Donald R.
