W//// <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 9 , Town of Blue Mounds , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> C-2 Commercial District. <br /> Pet. #4111: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 9, thence North <br /> along the West line of said Section 9, 261.29 feet; thence East along the <br /> North right-of-way line of USH 18-151, 700 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing East along said right-of-way, 160 feet more or <br /> less, thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way, 1025 feet or less to the <br /> intersection of the North right-of-way line of USH 18-151 and the South <br /> right-of-way line of the old railroad corridor (now owned by the Wisconsin <br /> Department of Natural Resources) , thence Northwesterly along said old railroad <br /> right-of-way 900 feet more or less; thence Southwesterly along said <br /> right-of-way, 60 feet, more or less; thence Northwesterly along said <br /> right-of-way 600 feet more or less; thence Southerly 690 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
