5115 Caton Lane - RR2 <br /> Waunakee, Wisconsin 53597 <br /> September 29 , 1987 <br /> Dane County Zoning Department <br /> 210 Monona Avenue <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53703 <br /> Dear Sirs : <br /> This letter is in application for a conditional use permit <br /> for my residence at 5115 Caton Lane in the Town of Westport. <br /> That land is described as Lot 31, Yahara Heights. The tax <br /> parcel number is 33-43-1009 . <br /> Enclosed is a check for the filing fee of $65.00 . Also <br /> enclosed is a scale drawing of my lot and the existing <br /> permanent structures. I have also included a plat map of <br /> Yahara Heights showing my lot and the adjacent areas. The <br /> land within 300 feet is currently used for single-family <br /> residential dwellings. <br /> The purpose of this application is to permit me to use my <br /> land and house as a Licensed Family Daycare Center. I have <br /> received approval from the State licensing authority and <br /> have presented my plans to the Town of Westport board. I <br /> am presently licensed to care for eight children in my home. <br /> Before acquiring any additional children, I would have to <br /> complete some minor changes to my property, i.e. , repair of <br /> some outside steps and replacement of two sets of patio <br /> doors . Upon final approval for a Family Daycare Center, I <br /> plan to complete those modifications within 60 days. The <br /> addition of more children would be a gradual change and I <br /> would not expect to go to the maximum allowable number for <br /> many years. <br /> The property is suitable for the requested usage because <br /> it will meet all requirements of the State licensing authority <br /> and it has a fenced playground area at the rear of the house, <br /> adjacent to vacant land. This property is served by public <br /> sewer. <br /> If there is any required information which I have inadvert- <br /> ently failed to supply or if you have any questions, please <br /> call me at 849-5275.
