<br /> We , the undersigned neighbors of Kathy Hinzman , are NOT opposed to the
<br /> proposed change in zoning required for her to expand her Day Care .
<br /> Also, with the critical need for quality day care and Kathy's record of
<br /> zero complaints by neighbors, we are asking that the State regulated CAP be
<br /> applicable for the zoning of a Group Day Care Center , and that no lower cap
<br /> be added unless and until the immediate neighbors do have complaints.
<br /> We believe Kathy knows her own limits and abilities, and her house , yard
<br /> and driveway suit the business.
