I would <br /> appreciate it if you would publish and schedule the matter for <br /> hearing. <br /> In addition to the parties required to be noticed in <br /> connection with this Petition, I would appreciate it if you would <br /> also provide notice to Patrick J. McGuire, Engineering/ Farm <br /> Services Manager, Research Department, Garst Seed Company, P.O. <br /> Box 500, Slater, IA 50244. I would also appreciate it if you <br /> would provide notice to Garst Seed Company' s local agent, Ben <br /> Hable, at 204 West Cottage Grove Road, Cottage Grove, WI 53527 . <br /> As we have discussed over the telephone, currently the <br /> appropriate zoning category would be commercial rather than <br /> agribusiness zoning. However, except for a small laboratory, the <br /> Garst Seed Company activities will be agricultural.
