S. Patent found at Entry #2, up to 7:00 o'clock. A. <br /> M.,December 5, 1987, and being certified to by Dane County Title Company. <br /> From such examination, I am of the opinion that at the date and time of <br /> said continuation, title to the said premises was shown to be merchantable in <br /> Dennis A. Halverson, a single man, as shown by warranty deed at entry <br /> #53, subject to the following exceptions: <br /> 1. At entry #41 there appears an easement from a predecessor in title to <br /> the Wisconsin Power & Light Company. This easement is dated March 15, <br /> 1961 and was recorded on March 16, 1961 in Volume 359 of Miscellaneous at <br /> Page 147 as Document #1020754. <br /> C- <br />
