ZONING PERMIT ISSUANCE CHECK LIST: <br /> 1. SEWER: <br /> a. Public sewer, sanitary permit issued or sanitary okay on existing septic. <br /> b. New construction - number of bedrooms permitted consistant with plans. <br /> c. Additions - no increase in bedrooms without sanitary okay. <br /> 2. / Culvert permit if required. <br /> 3. / Status of parcel - CSM existing - Over 15 acres. <br /> 4. / Shoreland Flood Plain Wetland <br /> 5. Site plan - "to scale" - suggest bldr/owner make copy of themselves. <br /> / a. Setback - determine class of road and width of right-of-way - watch <br /> "greater of" requirement centerline or right-of-way and corner lots. <br /> b. Yards: Right side _ Left side _ Rear _ <br /> Watch total of 25 feet side yards - required in A-1, R-1 and RH-1. <br /> c. Lot width - minimum lot width required at building line. <br /> d. Check decks, porches, balconies, cantilever, chimney, fireplace, steps, <br /> stoops, raised patio, etc. - all must conform to locational requirements <br /> and be shown on site plan. <br /> e. Septic location must be compatible with building location. <br /> 6. FLOOR PLANS: <br /> a. Must include basement, all living area floors, decks etc. <br /> b. Must be consistant with site plan (See #5-D) . <br /> S <br /> 7. Complete zoning permit application. <br /> 8. FEE: <br /> a. Assign zoning permit number. <br /> b. Issue receipt. <br /> 9. Issue zoning permit card. <br /> 10. Issue inspection requirement form. <br /> 11. RURAL NUMBER ASSIGNMENT: <br /> a. Correlate with section map and plat. <br /> b. Correlate with rural number map. <br /> c. Issue number place and instructions. <br /> 12. Complete official map form. <br /> 13. List flood zone and wetland permits in control book. <br />
