Ex. Agriculture zoni:ng -dis- <br /> trict and has a frontage of n/a feet on Sugar River Road road/street <br /> that has a right of way width of 66 feet and is a class C road: The required set- <br /> back is 30 feet from the r-o-w line or 63 feet from the c/1 . The rear yard re- <br /> quired is 50 feet and the side yards are total of 25; minimum 10' (one side) <br /> for any principal building, for accessory buildings see note below. <br /> • The use that you have described is private landing strip. and is <br /> provided for in ss 10.16 (1) (f) of the ordinance. <br /> The property subject to shoreland or flood plain regulations. If subject to <br /> either regulation, see note below. <br /> NOTES: Dane County Zoning Ordinance Section 10.16 (1) (f): <br /> Airports th9t are listed as "Personal by Owner Only" on an application to <br /> the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Bureau of Aeronautics for airport <br /> site approval are permitted to locate in the Agricultural and Rural Homes <br /> Districts. <br /> Also, Accessory buildings to be used for the storage of personal property <br /> owned by the owner of the land are permitted.
