Pet. #4165/649: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 - thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 325 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 350 feet; thence West 270 feet; thence North 160 feet; thence East 160; thence South 160 feet; thence East 110 feet; thence N 975 feet; thence West 350 feet; thence South 1325 feet to the aforesaid South line; thence East 350 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
