Agriculture District to the R-1A Residential + RH-4 Ruralnlif ct Pet. #4167: - Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Deerfield, described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said 1/4 1 /4; thence North along the East line of said 1/4 1/4; 750 feet to the centerline of Nelson Drive and the point of beginning; thence West along said centerline, 240 feet; thence South, 240 feet; thence East 240 feet; thence North 240 feet to the point of beginning . TO RH-3: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section; thence East 1320 feet; thence North 510 feet; thence West 240 feet; thence North 240 feet; thence West 700 feet; thence North 100 feet; thence West 390 feet thence; South 900 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds .
