Agriculture District to the RH-4 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4168: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 33 & NW 1/4 - Section 34 Town of Berry described as follows : Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 34, said point being the point of beginning of this description; thence West, 1074 feet more or less ; thence South, 245 feet more or less ; thence West 856 feet more or less to the East right-of-way of CTH KP ; thence Southwesterly along the East right-of-way line 2616 feet more or less to the South line of the NE 1/4 of Section 33; thence East, 390 feet more or less to the East quarter corner of said Section 33; thence East along the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 34, 2623 feet more or less, thence North 2633 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared, for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
