PETITION NO. 41,0 1 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF VERONA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 23 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Aariculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4169: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the center quarter corner of said Section 23; thence East along the centerline of Whalen Road, 1316.5 feet more or less; thence North 33.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of Whalen Road and the point of beginning; thence North 1284 feet more or less; thence West, 1221 .5 feet more or less to the East right-of-way of CTH PB; thence Southerly along the East right-of-way of CTH PB 1220 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly, along said right-of-way 110 feet more or less ; thence East, 1185 feet more or less along the North right-of-way of Whalen Road to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
