PETITION NO. 41,0 1 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VERONA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 23 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Aariculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4169: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the center quarter corner of said Section 23; thence East along <br /> the centerline of Whalen Road, 1316.5 feet more or less; thence North 33.00 <br /> feet to the North right-of-way line of Whalen Road and the point of beginning; <br /> thence North 1284 feet more or less; thence West, 1221 .5 feet more or less to <br /> the East right-of-way of CTH PB; thence Southerly along the East right-of-way <br /> of CTH PB 1220 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly, along said <br /> right-of-way 110 feet more or less ; thence East, 1185 feet more or less along <br /> the North right-of-way of Whalen Road to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
