ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4174 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4174: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: The NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Cross Plains. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> a) . All outdoor lighting shall be shielded to prevent interference with <br /> the UW Observatory. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE: August 1, 1988 <br />
