ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4218 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4218: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 24, thence S 00° 53' 03" West <br /> 1071.06 feet to the Southwest corner of CSM #1673 and the point of the <br /> beginning. Thence N 87° 39' 08" East 1321.06 feet along the South line of <br /> said CSM #1673; thence S 00° 53' 56" West 247.70 feet; thence S 87° 39' 08" <br /> West, 1321.00 feet; thence N 00° 53' 03" East 247.70 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JUN 1 8 1988 <br />
