1 Our workload sometimes requires us to
2 crush two shifts for approximately two or three
3 weeks and then return to normal which means that
4 if we run out of a product they have to come in
5 and run a second shift to help us catch up.
6 MR. HANNA: Does this crusher have
7 to move off the site and come back again?
8 MR. ZIEGLER: Yes, he's got it here
9 during the course of our work year we do custom
10 crushing for other contracters approximately two
11 months out of the work year, the work year being
12 approximately nine months, April through
13 December, so they're at our site six months out
14 of the year and when they break down they don't
AWL 15 make any noise or run.
16 MR. HANNA: I think if we could
17 break this down, do you know how many tons or
18 yards per hour they can put out?
19 MR. ZIEGLER: Again it depends on how
20 well their equipment holds up,
21 MR, HANNA: You can figure out the
22 time better that way than you can --
23 MR. ZIEGLER: I guess you could figure
24 in a 28-week period they run roughly 80,000 tons
25 through.
j
7
* * * CAPITOL CITY REPORTERS * * *
