I've been employed by them for <br /> 2 the last 8 years. <br /> 3 I've been licensed by the State of <br /> 4 Wisconsin, Department of Industry, Labor and <br /> 5 Human Relations for a blasting license which <br /> 6 allows me to work in communities and so on for <br /> 7 working on things like this. Of course I have <br /> 8 some other licenses, one which is like removal <br /> 9 of stumps. We don't do much of that. We also ,} <br /> 10 have a Class 3 which is quarries and roads and <br /> 11 things like this. And I also do bridge <br /> 12 demolition. <br /> 13 As far as my actual background, I've <br /> 14 gone to the Platteville University and in <br /> 15 general I'm not a civil engineer as such. I <br /> 16 have expertise in chemistry and the sciences. I <br /> 17 have a Masters Degree from the University of La <br /> 18 Crosse and also the University of Maryland in a <br /> 19 combination there in aquatic biology. I taught <br /> 20 at Mineral Point for 12 years and since time <br /> 21 I've been employed since 1979 with our company. <br /> 22 Mr. Algrim, our employer, has been my <br /> 23 trainer for the last 8 years.
