We're not neighbors that are out to <br /> 4 fight our own neighbors, but that's what's <br /> 5 happened. <br /> 6 When they moved down there last <br /> 7 summer -- I'm the one who has allergies, dust <br /> 8 allergies. The dust was atrocious. No one ever <br /> 9 asked us or no one has ever notified us of <br /> 10 blasting. The dust was there. <br /> 11 When they talk about this blacktop <br /> 12 road, Mr. Ziegler took me into that quarry, <br /> 13 Harold, and the road is anything but blacktop. <br /> 14 There was a blacktop road there at one time. <br /> 15 The trucks come right down along Reiner <br /> 16 Road. If you were out to the site you know <br /> 17 where they come down that Road. It was at one <br /> 18 time blacktop. Now it has big holes in it like <br /> 19 this. It also is just covered with dirt and <br /> 20 that dirt did blow across. <br /> 21 Also the crushers are moved all over. <br /> 22 I will say that some of the times they were <br /> 23 farther back in the quarry.
