Tax parcel number of the lot or parcel to be re-zoned. <br /> If the area to be rezoned is a part of a larger parcel , <br /> the number of the larger parcel will suffice. <br /> 3. A filing fee of $75.00, payable at the time the petition is <br /> filed. <br /> 4.
