• V <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4183 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 + RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4183: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 + SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Section 5, thence North along the West line of Section 5, 887 feet; thence <br /> East 288.75 feet, thence North 165.00 feet; thence West 288.75 feet; thence <br /> North 148 feet; thence East 950 feet; thence Northeast 500 feet; thence South <br /> 750 feet; thence West 150 feet to the point of beginning. Thence East 350 <br /> feet; thence South 430 feet to The West right-of-way of Rooney Driveway, <br /> thence Southwest to North right-of-way of Cave of the Mounds Road; thence West <br /> along said right-of-way 375 feet; thence North 450 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 5 and <br /> point of beginning; thence North along the West line of Section 5, 887.00 <br /> feet; thence East 288.75 feet, thence North 165.00 feet; thence West 288.75 <br /> fet; thence North 148 feet, thence East 950 feet, thence Northeast 500 feet; <br /> thence South 750 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence South 400 feet; to the <br /> Suth right-of-way line of Cave of the Mounds Road; thence Southwest along <br /> South right-of-way of Cave of the Mounds Road 1100 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
