Agriculture + C-2 Commercial District to the Pet. #4185: Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds, described as follows: TO C-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 9, thence N 00° 11' 55" West, 261.29 feet to the North right-of-way of STH 18-151; thence along said right-of-way N 89° 54' 48" East, 663.59 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way S 88° 08' 39" East, 185.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 88° 08 ' 39" East 20 feet; thence along said right-of-way S 78° 07' 30" East, 420 feet; thence along said right-of-way S 75° 24 ' 00" East, 595.84 feet to the South right-of-way of the DNR Bike Trail (formerly the Chicago + Northwestern Transportation Company) , thence N 49° 46' 14" West, along said right-of-way 855 feet; thence S 40° 13 ' 46" West 50.00 feet; thence N 49° 46' 14' West, 75.00 feet; thence S 40° 13' 46" 425 feet to the point of beginning.
