• • <br /> 4 • <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4153 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4153: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, of Section 35, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 35; thence N 00° 03' <br /> 53" East, 1336.71 feet, along the North-South quarter line to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence S 88° 59' 00" West, 1311.86 feet, to the <br /> Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, of said Section; thence N 00° 09' 35" <br /> West, 333.18 feet, along the West line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section <br /> 35; thence N 88° 56' 29" East, 1313.18 feet, to the North-South quarter line <br /> of said Section 35; thence S 00° 03 ' 53" West, 334.81 feet, along said <br /> North-South quarter line to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
