The up-shot <br /> of the meeting was that they would not recommend the requested zoning change. <br /> A FOUR lot Certified Survey was contrary to their LAND USE PLAN. <br /> We would like to amend the zoning change request in a manner that will allow a <br /> separation of the farmland from that which is not tillable and gain town <br /> approval. <br /> We are asking that your committee refrain from taking an action on the zoning <br /> change request at the up-coming meeting. <br /> We wish to assemble a new approach and submit a new description. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Arden T.
