ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4154 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 + RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4154: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 + NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Cottage Grove <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: Lots 1 + 2 CSM 4648 recorded in Volume 20, <br /> Page 219; also beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, CSM 4648; thence N <br /> 89° 51' 00" East 621.49 feet; thence North, 120 feet; thence S 89° 50' 59" <br /> West, 621 feet more or less; thence S 00° 17' 51" West 120 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. TO RH-3: The East 100 feet more or less of Lots 1 + 2, CSM <br /> 4648. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
