Brill and Meredith Brill. They <br /> own some of the land involved in Zoning Petition #4154 <br /> which is scheduled for public hearing on 2/9/88 as Item #7. <br /> On 2/3/88, the Town of Cottage Grove Plan Commission <br /> tabled this zoning porposal and suggested that all parties <br /> concerned come back when there is a workable proposal that <br /> everyone concerned will support. <br /> There is no arrangement for Clifford Miller to act as <br /> agent for the Brills. The Brills are interested in selling <br /> all of their remaining land in the Town of Cottage Grove <br /> (the approximately 17 acres left after foreclosure) . The <br /> Millers want part of the Brills' land so that with Federated <br /> Financial ' s property there would be a land division that <br /> meets countyland division requirements. I have told the <br /> Millers that if they want to carve up the Brills ' land <br /> further, the Millers should either acquire all of it, or <br /> arrange for someone else to acquire what would be left over, <br /> rather than leave the Brills with the task of disposing of <br /> what the Millers do not want or cannot afford. <br /> Under the present circumstances, the Brills do not <br /> support Mr. Miller' s request to rezone part of the Brills ' <br /> property. <br /> c-N Very tr ul y.__y_aur-s r <br /> Eugene R.
