The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved . The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed. A motion was made by SS/RG to pay all due bills including Viking Stone if it can be checked out to be in order . Carried The report on the bridge inspections was given by the Clerk . All tYe bridges in the Township are in good shape except that so.e painting is needed on the steel railings . 40'7 Jona and Edna Tolley request for a zone change from A-1 to RH-2 . The Planning comr ittee recommends approval of the change . A motion was made by MK/TN to approve the request . Motion carried. fc? Charles and Betty Devine request for a zone change from R- 1 and A-i to R-1A. The Planning committee recommends approval of the change . A motion was made by TN/SS to approve the request . Motion carried . Richard and Joy Wood request for zone change from RH-2 to LC-1 . Planning committee recommends approval of the request with a covenant on the deed that the zoning will revert back to RH-2 if the business is discontinued . A motion was made by ES to approve the request with the conditions . Motion failed for lack of a second. A motion was made by TN/SS to table the request until next meeting when the Board will know if the covenant can be gotten . 'Motion carried . Anthony Jennings request for a zone change from R-1 to LC- 1 . The Planning committee recommends =he _hang e with a covenant to revert beck to R-1 if the business is discontinued. A motion was made by SS/TN to table the request until next meeting. Motion carried . Mike Kindschi brought to the attention of the Board that gas was purchased and charge at the Co-op by Officer Buss at a time when he was not scheduled to work . ( 3/21/88 @ 18 : 29 hours) . The matter will be referred to the Police Chief . A letter was received from a resident of Sky High subdivision requesting that speed or caution signs be installed near the park . A motion was made by ES/MK to install proper signs in Sky High near the park . Motion withdrawn in favor of a motion to table until next meeting . Chairman Skaar presented the Board with his recommendations for appointments to Town committees . . After review by the Beard, a motion was made by MK/SS to approve the recommendations as amended . Motion carried . One nay . A letter was read from Weber Realty asking what are the Towns ' plans for road development in the Bohnsack Subdivision . Mr . Skaar had informed them that the Town does not build road in. subdivisions . A motion was made by TN/MK to ask Weber Realty come to a meeting to discuss the situation. Motion carried . The wages for the Clerk of Courts was discussed . A motion was made by RG/TN to give a 1095 increase now and review the wages at budget tune . Motion carried .
