DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8508 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the Agri-Business Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8508 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Albion, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 30; thence N88°49'30" East, 691.54 <br /> feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 30; thence N01°10'30" West, <br /> 430.71 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N52°54'00" West, 452.28 <br /> feet; thence N00°53'40" West, 69.39 feet; thence N37°06'00" East, 440.31 feet; thence <br /> S52°54'00" East, 495.00 feet; thence S37°06'00" West, 495.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. The only use permitted on the rezoned parcel shall be farm service/supply business as <br /> described in sec. 10.121 (2)(b), Dane County Code of Ordinances, except that no processing <br /> of seed or feed shall be permitted. None of the other uses in section 10.121 or other sections <br /> shall be permitted. <br /> 2. All vehicle traffic shall use Highway N to access the property. If recommended by Dane <br /> County Highway, the applicant shall construct deceleration/acceleration and bypass lanes <br /> adjacent to the driveway entrance, if any speed reductions implemented under par. 15 are <br /> insufficient. Any land utilized for a bypass lane would have to come from the applicant's <br /> property and not from other private property. <br /> 3. The entire driveway and parking lots and aprons serving the property shall be blacktopped <br /> and maintained to keep dust down to a minimum. The applicant may use ground-up blacktop <br /> as a temporary cover. Blacktop shall be installed by August 1, 2004. Any ground-up <br /> blacktop will have to be applied before any other construction takes place on the site. <br /> 4. Before operations commence, the applicant must have an emergency response plan in place <br /> for spill containment, clean-up of contamination, haz-mat control and clean-up, and <br /> coordination with the Fire Departments in the area (Edgerton, Stoughton), and health care <br /> providers, which plan shall require approval by the Town of Albion, the Edgerton Area Fire <br /> District,Stoughton Area Fire District,Edgerton Memorial Hospital,and Stoughton Hospital. <br /> 5. The entire facility shall be secured and locked, and have a security alarm system installed <br /> which protects the building and access gate. <br /> 6. That all exterior light fixtures be rated"Full Cutoff"by the illuminating Engineering Society <br /> of North America and be installed according to manufacture's direction. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
