• 21. All property owners within one-half mile of the site must be provided with current copies of <br /> all evacuation plans and those property owners must be notified,via certified mail,of any and <br /> all spills and other violations related to the site as well as notification the Albion Town Board. <br /> 22. The hours of operation for construction activity shall be from 7:00A.M. to 6:00 P.M., <br /> excluding Sundays. <br /> 23. No materials required under U.S.Department of Transportation hazardous materials <br /> regulations to bear any of the following labels will be stored on the site at any time: <br /> • "Explosives"(hazardous material class 1); <br /> • "Flammable gas,""nonflammable gas"or"poison gas"(hazardous material class 2)i <br /> • "Flammable liquid"or"combustible liquid"(hazardous material class 3); <br /> • "Flammable solid,""spontaneously combustible"or"dangerous when wet"(hazardous material <br /> class 4); <br /> • "Oxidizer"or"organic peroxide"(hazardous material class 5); <br /> • "Infectious substance"(hazardous material class 6.2),or; <br /> • "Radioactive"(hazardous material class 7) <br /> 24. For materials not prohibited under A. above, chemical types and quantities <br /> stored on the premises shall conform to a list submitted by the applicant dated 9/20/2002 <br /> and on file with the Dane County Zoning Administrator (attached). The applicant shall <br /> submit to the Zoning Administrator and Town Board an updated and revised list annually <br /> of similarly approved materials stored on the premises. <br /> 25. All development on the property shall conform to the site plan submitted with this application and <br /> received by the Dane County Department of Planning&Development on 10/7/2002. <br /> 26.A storm water management and erosion control plan should be developed and <br /> implemented before any land disturbing activity takes place. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their fmdings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
