PETITION NO. 11/70 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF DUNN TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 36 , Town of Dunn Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4190: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36; thence West, along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 36, 633.73 feet to the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map #1758 and the point of beginning of this description; thence continue West, along said South line and the South line of Certified Survey Map No. 1758, 396 feet, more or less; thence North, 584 feet; more or less; thence East, parallel to the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 36, 396 feet, more or less; thence South, along the East line of Certified Survey Map No. #1758 and a Northerly projection thereof; 584 feet more or less, to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
